Om stillingen:
Regnskaps- og lønnsmedarbeider rapporterer til CFO. I første omgang ser vi for oss en 60% stilling med mulighet for å øke til 100% etter hvert som prosjektmengden i selskapet øker. Arbeidssted Borgeskogen 63, 3160 Stokke
Oppgaver:
Bokføring av bilag
Oppfølging av kunde- og leverandørreskontroer, cashflow
Lønn og reiseregninger
Avstemming av konti
Offentlig rapportering
Andre økonomi- og administrasjonsrelaterte oppgaver
Regnskaps- og lønnsmedarbeideren vil bli involvert i økonomioppfølging av Elywhere AS’ løpende ordrer til kunder i inn- og utland
Bestilling av mat til selskapets kantine. For oversiktens del og av hensyn til matsvinn, ser vi det som hensiktsmessig at denne stillingen har ansvar for å bestille mat til lunch
Andre oppgaver innen økonomi og administrasjon der det er naturlig at stillingen bidrar
Kvalifikasjoner:
Økonom på bachelornivå eller utdannelse innen revisjon eller regnskapsføring. Kan erstattes av minst tre års dokumentert praksis innen regnskapsarbeid og lønnskjøringer.
God kjennskap til Microsoft Office, spesielt bruk av Excel
Erfaring fra bruk av ordre/fakturering/regnskapssystemer, gjerne PowerOffice
Må kunne engelsk skriftlig og muntlig i tillegg til norsk

Accountant and Payroll Specialist

About the position:
The Accountant and Payroll Specialist reports to the CFO. Initially, we are looking for a 60% position with the possibility of increasing to 100% as the project volume in the company increases.
Responsibilities:
Posting of journal entries
Follow-up of customer and supplier accounts, cash flow
Payroll and travel expenses
Reconciliation of accounts
Public reporting
Other finance and administration related tasks
The Accountant and Payroll Specialist will be involved in financial follow-up of Elywhere AS’ ongoing orders to customers in Norway and abroad
Ordering food for the company’s canteen. For the sake of overview and to reduce food waste, we see it as appropriate that this position is responsible for ordering food for lunch
Other tasks related to finance and administration where it is natural for the position to contribute
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in economics or education in auditing or accounting. Can be replaced by at least three years of documented experience in accounting and payroll processing.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience using order/invoicing/accounting systems, preferably PowerOffice
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Norwegian, both verbally and in writing

Requirements
- Low voltage electrician
- Experience as an electrician
- You speak fluent Norwegian (spoken and written), and master English (spoken and written)
- Driving license class B
- Experience from electric vehicle charging or battery technology is an advantage
