Elywhere and Evyon join forces

Elywhere and Evyon have formally agreed to merge, combining Elywhere’s expertise in charging and energy orchestration with Evyon’s proficiency in energy storage. This strategic merger aims to establish the combined entity as a global leader in the intersection of charging and energy storage.

The integration of Evyon’s battery intelligence capabilities will enable Elywhere to deliver enhanced value, performance, and safety to its customers. The combined company will have capabilities in product development, battery intelligence, sales, production, operations and finance.

Kenneth Hauge, Founder of Elywhere, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to merge with Evyon and leverage their expertise in batteries and energy storage. This merger will enable us to deliver even more innovative and reliable solutions to our customers.”

Jørgen Erdal, Co-founder of Evyon, shared his excitement: “Joining forces with Elywhere is a fantastic opportunity for us to expand our impact by bringing our battery expertise to life through Elywhere’s product portfolio. Together, we have the setup needed to succeed going forward.”

Jørgen Erdal will continue as the CEO of the joint entity. Both companies will continue to offer their respective products in the short to medium term, after which they will operate under the Elywhere brand.

Elywhere was founded in 2021 to enable high-power charging in weak grids by combining high-power chargers with batteries in an all-in-one skid: The ES-series. The company further maximizes the value of each installation through the digital hub Elywhere:connect and the Energy Orchestration System.
